By accessing or using CodeAva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CodeAva provides developer tools for auditing code and websites, including but not limited to SEO analysis, performance auditing, code quality scanning, and developer utilities.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Submit only URLs, code, certificates, and other material you own or are authorised to test
  • Not use the service to scan or audit websites or code you do not own or have permission to test
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code and content you submit to CodeAva for analysis. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your submissions. Our platform, branding, and proprietary algorithms remain our property.

5. Accounts, payments, and availability

CodeAva currently offers no user accounts, saved reports, subscriptions, or payment processing. The free service may change, be rate-limited, or be unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee that a result is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

CodeAvais provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or inaccurate audit results.

7. Access restrictions

We may block or rate-limit traffic that violates these terms, threatens the service, or interferes with other users. Because there are no accounts, there is currently no account termination process.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The revision date above changes when the terms are substantively updated.
